How it worked
A six-person nonprofit had a long list of grants it might qualify for and no time to check eligibility, gather documents and write full applications. So most went unwritten. We built a grant knowledge base from its prior proposals, audited financial statements, program descriptions, measured outcomes and approved organizational information. AI read funding announcements, pulled out the requirements, drafted sections using only verified facts about the organization, and built document checklists. Staff made every commitment and reviewed every submission. The organization completed 18 applications that year instead of its usual seven, and won four more awards totaling about $210,000. The funders decided. The extra capacity helped.
