Book 15 minutes with me. You leave with my cell.
Your bill doesn’t go up when you call. It goes up when you hire.
Most months you’re paying for a setup where very little goes wrong, and for us being there the day something does.
One monthly number
One monthly number, set by how many people you have and what they run.
It stays put when something breaks and when you ask for advice.
A Mac counts the same as a PC:
Macs, iPhones and iPads are the same per-person price, with no Apple surcharge.
Lose people and it goes down.
No onboarding fee. No contracts.
Anything outside the monthly work almost never comes up, and when it does, we agree on it before we start. When there is an extra invoice, it’s usually because the client asked for one after we went past the usual. Tell us roughly how many people and what they run, and you’ll get the number.
No commissions. No contracts. Your growth is our paycheck.
What IT companies usually charge for
-
The usual: A long contract. And a fee to get out of it.
How we bill: No contracts. Stay because the work is good, not because leaving is expensive.
-
The usual: An onboarding fee. Paying a new IT company to learn your network.
How we bill: None. Learning your systems and writing down what’s actually there comes with the first month.
-
The usual: A bill that jumps every time you call. Every question becomes a line item.
How we bill: Managed IT is one monthly rate, set by how many people you have. Calling us doesn’t change it.
-
The usual: Bundles you can’t take apart. And math built to make a simple invoice look hard.
How we bill: Nothing bundled that you can’t take apart. We cut what you don’t need before we add anything.
-
The usual: Advice with a markup. The recommendation comes with a product attached.
How we bill: $0 in vendor commissions. We resell nothing, so nobody pays us to recommend anything.
Problems, maintenance, advice. None of it changes what managed IT costs you this month.
You never pay two IT companies at once. We don’t charge up front, and our work starts the day your old provider’s stops.
Not what we described? Walk away. If your first 90 days with us aren’t what we told you they’d be, you leave with every password, document and setting we hold for you, handed over at no extra charge. No contract to break.
Not a client yet? We look at your computers and network and tell you straight whether you should move IT companies.
Ask what your setup would cost.
Tell us roughly how many people and what they run. You’ll get a straight answer, not a discovery process.
Or send one question. No charge, no pitch.
