Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace in Dallas-Fort Worth

She left Friday at 5. Her access left with her. Most IT companies get around to it. Eventually.

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, we find every open door, close it, and run it day to day.

Sharing wide open, three people holding the master keys, a former employee whose mail still lands somewhere, security you pay for that nobody switched on. None of it breaks, so nobody looks. We look.

A warm office on a Friday afternoon where a departing employee hugs a colleague at her farewell cake while the owner smiles, and in a different place Trevor, your BDunn tech, stands at his garage standing desk turning off her sign-in on a laptop. • Whichever one you have.

    Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

  • We read the bill first.

Then look at what is actually switched on.

  • Someone leaves. Access ends.

    Their files stay yours.

What we look after

  • Who can sign in, and from where.

A second step on every account (MFA), rules that block sign-ins that look wrong, and admin rights trimmed to the people who need them.

  • Who has access.

Former staff out, not just forgotten, and you stop paying for them.

  • Licenses.

Most businesses are paying for things never turned on, or missing security they already own. Often both.

  • A lost laptop you can wipe.

Company laptops and phones managed (Intune on Microsoft 365), so a lost one can be signed out and wiped. Staff never notice it until it stops someone.

3 more things we look after
  • Mail that lands.

Protection against impersonation, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC taken all the way to enforcement, so your invoices have a better shot at the inbox and a fake with your name on it has a much harder time.

  • Files people can find.

Shared drives, SharePoint and Teams organized so nobody hunts for a file. Delegated mailboxes, groups, and the aliases nobody wrote down.

  • The routine requests.

New hire Monday, a calendar that will not share. They come to us instead of whoever in your office is least afraid of computers.

Switching IT companies, and who holds the keys to your email? How we take over

Migration without a lost weekend.

Coming off Exchange, a web host, or one of these two onto the other means mail, calendars, contacts, files, and the aliases nobody documented.

We stage it so mail keeps flowing the whole way through. Nobody loses a Monday.

The account and the top admin login stay in your company’s name. Always.

Someone leaves. Here is what happens.

  1. Access ends.

Password reset and every sign-in closed out.

  2. Mail keeps arriving.

Their address goes to whoever picks up their work, so customers do not get a dead end.

  3. Their files stay yours.

Moved to a shared drive or a manager before the license goes.

New hire Monday? Their account is our job.
